SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY:

New Tuition, Cancellation, and Change Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we are here to support you. At Mighty Camps, each camper’s experience is intentionally planned in advance through staffing, group placement, and activity supply preparation. This thoughtful planning allows us to create a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for every child we serve.

Invoices are sent three weeks prior to your child’s session start date.
Tuition is collected two weeks prior to your child’s session start date.

Changes and Cancellations

Schedule changes submitted more than one week prior to your child’s session start date will receive a credit for the current calendar year, minus the applicable Change Form Fee.
Schedule changes submitted less than one week prior to the session start date are not eligible for refund or credit due to the intentional staffing, supply purchasing, and group placement planning that has already taken place.

All changes must be submitted through our online Change Form.

January 1 – April 30: $25
May 1  Camp Season: $50
