Tasheka (Dom) Huggins

Regional Youth Director

Hello everyone!
I wish I could start my bio off by singing a song… Old MacDonald Had a Farm… but for now, I’ll save that sing-along for when I get to meet you all in person! My name is Tasheka, but everyone calls me “Dom.”

I’m a Regional Youth Director and have been with the company for several years. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work in different departments but the Youth Department has always been my true joy. I’ve always loved working with kids, their energy, creativity, and laughter make every day worthwhile.

Outside of work, I’m a simple person who thrives on routine ,church on Sundays, gym sessions, work, and of course, being a mom in between it all. Life stays busy, but it’s full of love, purpose, and plenty of smiles along the way.

At the heart of it all, my passion is helping families and kids build healthy habits and lasting memories. Genesis Health Clubs has given me the space to do just that, to create experiences that inspire growth, connection, and joy in every child who walks through our doors.

Rilyn Metzler

Regional Youth Director

Rilyn Metzler is the Regional Youth Director for Omaha, known for her ability to connect with young people and create experiences that leave a lasting impact. With a natural gift for building relationships, Rilyn focuses on making a difference in the lives of youth—ensuring they walk away with not just memories, but meaningful growth.
Before stepping into this role in 2025, Rilyn served as a Youth Director in Lincoln for nearly three years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping programs and mentoring young people. Her time there deepened her understanding of youth development and helped her craft a leadership style grounded in empathy, accountability, and encouragement.
Rilyn also spent four years as an assistant coach for a local high school soccer team, guiding them to the state tournament each year she was there. Her love for soccer—and sports in general—has shaped her approach to mentorship, blending discipline, teamwork, and passion in her work with kids.
Growing up as an athlete, Rilyn developed a deep passion for helping others realize their potential. As the oldest of three siblings and the eldest cousin, she’s been surrounded by children her whole life, giving her a unique ability to relate to and understand their needs.
Outside of work, Rilyn enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and caring for her dogs. Soccer remains a central passion, and she’s always looking for ways to inspire youth through the lessons of sport—perseverance, collaboration, and the joy of the game.

A longtime member of the Genesis and Mighty Camp community, she’s dedicated to creating spaces where children grow in confidence, connection, and resilience.
